Every 4 years, IKGA countries come together in goodwill and competition for the IKGA Global Championships. After a lengthy postponment due to the global pandemic, we were finally able to meet again from August 7 - 11, 2025. IKGA members from around the world gave their best performances, and everyone was able to return home with great memories and new or renewed relationships with our global IKGA family.
Congratulations to all the competitors who participated in the recent IKGA Global Championships! You all did your best and represented both your dojo, your home country and IKGA, and demonstrated the best of Gojukai Karatedo. Special congratulations go out to all the medal winners. With so many competitors, you proved that all your hard work brings outstanding results. The official country results have been released. View them here (JPEG).
Production of the special tournament feature issue for the association bulletin will begin soon in Japan and is scheduled for release next year. This issue will include tournament highlights and additional photos, which will also be shared with IKGA. Look forward to seeing memorable moments captured during the event!
